Hospitality with Responsibility
Our Commitment to Sustainability
At The Rally Hotel, we believe in creating a positive impact through ethical and sustainable practices. Our dedication to the environment, community, and social responsibility is reflected in every aspect of our operations. Explore our initiatives below to see how we’re making a difference.
Ethical Sourcing & Social Impact
Procure Impact: We’re proud to support hotel amenity and marketplace purchases that transform lives by providing dignified work. In 2024, we’ve committed to 200 hours of support.
Refugee Opportunities: We’re honored to offer refugee employment opportunities, providing stable employment and opportunities to those in need. Through our partnership with the University of Denver’s Ready for American Hospitality (RAH) Program, part of the Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management at the Daniels College of Business, we are able to support refugees in gaining valuable skills and employment in the hospitality industry.
Zents Collaboration: We’ve partnered with Zents personal care products to support organizations that focus on healthcare, mindfulness, environmental sustainability, and animal protection.
Beekman Partnership: Through TerraCycle, we’ve recycled over 50,000 products and continue to support privately owned family farms with cruelty-free certified products.
Patchology Standards: Our toiletries prioritize conscious beauty, using sustainable and ethically sourced ingredients and packaging.
Environmental Stewardship
Clean the World: Our participation in their Global Hospitality Recycling Program helps us transform used soap bars and plastic amenities into life-saving, essential supplies for communities in need across the globe, and reduce the impact of pollution and single-use plastic.
Standard Textile Recycling: We recycle all linen and terry cloth products, ensuring that used textiles are broken down and repurposed.
Butterfly Pavilion Partnership: Promoting native species and supporting pollinators to enhance biodiversity.
Mini Bar Sustainability: Our mini bar features locally sourced, sustainable products in environmentally friendly packaging from brands like Procure Impact, Torn Ranch, Zaca, and Simple Body.
Single-Use Plastic Elimination: We are committed to either eliminating or recycling all single-use plastic throughout the hotel.
Accessible & Inclusive Hospitality
Wheel The World: We partner with Wheel The World to provide accessible accommodations for individuals with disabilities, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their stay.
Employ students in Regis University’s GLOBAL Inclusive Program which fosters dignity and autonomy for students with intellectual disabilities: The GLOBAL Inclusive Certificate | Regis University
Supporting Local & Giving Back
Lifeline Puppy Rescue: For every pet stay, $25 of our pet fee is donated to Lifeline, a Colorado no-kill rescue that has rehomed nearly 50,000 puppies.
Local & Woman-Owned F&B Partners: We proudly support local businesses and woman-owned operations, including Boyer’s Coffee, Loscano Winery, Cline Wine, Trinity Oaks Wines, The Family Jones Distillery, and Mile High Jinks local brewing.
Quarantine Project Hot Sauces: Each bottle we buy supports local charities like The Bug Theatre and The Family Tree.
Our commitment to connecting travelers to the essence of Denver extends to our partnership with local small businesses through the destination amenity fee. This initiative ensures that our guests experience the best of the Mile High City while directly supporting the community’s economic growth.
